The OP said her husband is fine with her working, as long as it doesn’t get in the way of the family. I don’t understand why that needs to be questioned further. She seems conflicted about what she herself wants, and I think most of the advice is focused on helping her figure it out.

Reread the paragraph in the first post from the view point of a “newly arranged marriage”.

Okay with working but family is a priority. Working is fine but we should spend time with each other. Maybe its the way the OP has worded but there is more to it then that.

Edit: The importance of the entire discussion is focused on how she feels and what she thinks. Considering you lot are married, you should realize what she feels or what she thinks should be discussed with the husband at all points.

S02 a simple question were you in the same position would you just accept one discussion with your husband on the matter a done deal or would you highlight all your concerns and keeping an open dialogue on the matter and bring it up a few times?
