Born leaders are Just too rare my friend, and you can see their will of leadership for the things they do for their Area and later on for the Country.

A person who dont even want to study because he just think it doesnt matter, how can that person will be creative or will be willing his country to do anything better?

Fine it should not be set as high as a degree but not below Post Secondary line.

Ok, so if having the 5% of educated to rule the 95% is not democracy, then how come it is democracy when only the top 1% of the elites always get elected anyway? (with or without the condition of graduation)

This comment of yours is the best proof for those who say “education doesn’t necessarily imply wisdom”
For nation’s progress, the MNAs should be wise.

Masses are illiterate not because they don’t want to study or are too lazy but because they have no oppurtunities.
