Well good for you if you have published some work. Exactly you were not the only one that is why i replied to you and that C guy .. And you asked me why i use that cream and i told you ..
I do not like people attacking me, that is why i do this. Have you ever heard this phrase?
The best defense is offense. Well same here :) ...
Anyways, if you do not like how i am talking... then do not reply :)
Plus another thing stoppit, if you have been published in academic publications that is nice but the way you are saying is that if i have not been or i do not know what that is? do you know if my work is published or not or i am related to publishing or anything hehe …
well what was the need to say to me "cuz i can" then?
that sounds to me exactly the same as you are describing what you believe was the meaning in what i said.
i just don't understand were you get a lot of your thoughts from. where did anyone comment on your colour or whether you need to use the cream or not? where did i say that you haven't been published etc - i merely stated that you are not the only one who has/would be able to do so.
Really? go through the thread again, i will be a fool if i would say that i did not get that feeling .. you yourself said you are confused as to why i put the cream didnt you? :) ...
why would i edit my posts? lol i am not afraid of anyone ... :)
yeha because it is no longer the era where people dont like their own skin colour, even there have been numerous experiments done in psychology .. where it was found out that black people are more comfortable with their colour these days and so on ... :)
so in the similar fashion I too like my colour because Allah has give me a nice complexion and skin, alhumdullilah :)
Freshie and me? Very rich coming from someone who uses Fair & Lovely.
I guess we misunderstood the purpose of this thread. Basically people, it was a thinly-veiled attempt at gloating about her having a fair skin. All she wanted was to let us know that she’s so fair she doesn’t need no Fair & lovely; so fair her pic doesn’t do justice to her skin tone. Yet she still uses Fair & Lovely…but…but…but…remember people, only to moisturize…okay!!!
BTW the way how do you tell the cream its only being applied to moisturize and not to whiten…yell at it?
i dont understand people who gloat about their skin colour...
its actually quite funny, but my hubby and i were discussing this a few days ago and we came to an understanding that back in pakistan, dark colour is associated with the poorness because these people are labour workers (or outside living the hardlife), and the rich are fair.. cus they stay indoors (in a big house or looking after a business)
whereas, in western countries... dark people are thought to be rich, cus they can afford to take summer breaks or trips to the tanning salon.. and fairer people are poor.. cus they are indoors working their butts off.. and cant afford a nice holiday..
