dear mirch, as for professional help, that also is a matter of concern for me, i.e life long addiction to psychiatrist’s treatment. i can’t go on medication. i ve been to a couple of nationally renowned psychiatrists, but both of them put me to anti deptressents, tranquilizers, and mind sedators. that im quite fearful of entering into.
