**Does anyone knows where i can get Aero themes with all the things like sounds, mouse cursors etc?
i found themes but they’re just normal themes. The sound and cursor remain the same
where i can get complete themes?

Have you tried “unlocking” the Hidden Themes that come with W7? Try this:
