wow…you like it too! my Bhabhi saaHiba cooked it…she makes it with a tinge of sweet and bitter taste. she uses Indian Karela which is darker green, smaller and less bitter as opposed to more commonly used Chinese Karela which is lighter green. longer and more bitter.

I havent eaten bitter melon by itself, we used to eat it in Qeema Karela. I bought besan roti from store and it was horrid.
