Libranz, thanks for the kind words. Current mod team is as great as any other team that we ever had. It is not because how intelligent or sharp they are (or aren’t) as compared to any ex team member but its because they are as loyal as one could be. I can never pay enough gratitude to the people who take time out of their personal life and serve GS (in whichever capacity they have to serve), both past and present members of this team.
I understand that past is always glorious than the present and sometimes once we cross the fence over to the other side, we see the shortcomings that we cant see when we are part of the team. Having said that, I totally agree with you on the method of sharing the concern. Reporting posts is a great tool and a very effective one as we take care of the thread without getting defensive.
