Complains

Re: Complains

I am glad you agree that there are people who genuinely care about how the forum is run. Now the thing is, just like how people have different opinions, people also have different ways of expression. Some prefer discreet private messages, some prefer an open discussion so other people who have similar concerns can join in and share their view of the problem, and perhaps ideas from both sides of the table can be discussed, once a matter is discussed and resolved in open, more people benefit from it. Its not really about how you want it to be or how I want it to be, its about how the concerned individual chooses it to be. As long as people are not cursing each other out and being unnecessarily nasty, one should look at it in a positive manner. Like I said before, I don’t think people share a concern with a malicious intent, and personally I think ex moderators and channel managers should not be so blatantly accused of having malicious intentions. Give respect where it is due. Like for instance, you wouldn’t like to be called a suck up for posting positive feedback, and that would be a negative way of looking at it instead of appreciating genuine commendation where it is due. Pretty much the same applies to negative criticism.
