Brother, there is no direct narrations which points towards ‘temporary’, however there is a authentic hadith where Prophet PBUH described about a person who will be the last person coming out from the hell and entered into heaven by the Grace of Almighty Allah. Further more, it is well known to us that all major sins are unforgivable but the minor sins will be forgiven.

so the point is ‘there is no concept’ of salvation just by uttering Kamilah by word of mouth. Your actions will ascertain your final destiny. right?
