Since we are at it , please tell me what is Piyaazi rang ! I keep hearing it but cant find it anywhere . Actually i dont even know what color i am looking for. Beige? light pink etc

I think… piyazi is lighter shade of purple
and jamun is darger shade of purple…
Bengani (Eggplant) color is close to violet and then there is indigo color… so there are so many variations in purple… ![]()

depend on the variety of the pyaaz…a red onion has a dark purplish tinge while yellow or onion is kinda beige. white onion is white lolz…
in Urdu, piyaazii rang is considered to be purple [includes light shade of it as well].

Yes we do ave some common words more with Saraikhi than Sindi.
Red in the Potohar area is derived from the hindi word for Blood = rakt:
so Red is called Ratta in our language:
