My question is this: Do you guys think colored contacts are nice or not?
I have very light skin and dark brown eyes, so sometimes I want to change it up a bit and end up wearing colored contacts (gray, blue, green… luv em!)— but the attention you get for something that isn’t really even natural is a major turnoff for me! Everyone passes comments like wow such amazing eyes, what color are they etc…
And then the fact that some people wear contacts that don’t even look good with their skin tone is just plain.. lol
So what do you guys think of it?
Would you advocate wearing colored contacts or banish it from planet Earth forever?! lol ok i know, i know, my sense of humor is a bit over-the-top and maybe not really even funny, but you cant stop me from trying
hm i wear color contacts.. dun find anything wrong w/ it... im the same, i hav lightish skin and dark dark eyes..i do admit i wish they were lighter colored, for the "exotic" appeal. I think they should, to some xtent, look natural...for guys i think its totally retarded
me too, I love em but my older sister thinks im stupid for attempting to “change” something that God hasnt really given me, adn she says it just shows how low my selfesteem is… maybe its a subconscious thing cuz I don’t have a problem with the way i look… anyway easy for her to say, the lucky girl has natural bluegreen eyes… no fair!
what is the difference between colored contacts, colored/tinted/highlighted hair, and make up.
is it all not in the same category, you are makig your appearance different?
yeah some will say that make up is not always to make yourself caked with foundation and look like a ghost ..but damn u see that in desis, like an albino face and a makrani neck.. know what I mean..
..and even makeup that is not meant to make you look like a clown, covers blemishes, uneven tones etc etc,
by that token the argument is the same, you are making yourself to look different than what you really look lie..what makes lenses so different?
I would love to get colored contacts..blood red ones, and then walk around and talk to strangers in possessed type of voices in jibberish, that sounds like fun.
im mostly a natural girl, sometimes a little eyeliner and gloss, nothing too much but i like to change it up a bit... im lucky to have had goodlooking parents hehe :D
but there ARE girls who wear contacts 24/7 + EYELINER, BLUSH, FOUNDATION, POWDER, MASCARA, EYESHADOW, LIPSTICK, LIPGLOSS, ETC ETC NOW THATS SCARY!!!
