Here is another recipe for a little extra special drink for iftar. Quick, easy, and delicious... my version of Pina Colada (mixture of a couple of recipes)... pretty much closer to the original one which has rum or wine in it and i am basically skipping that wine part off:
2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
1-2 Cups Milk (Whole or 2%)
2-3 drops of Vanilla Essence (skip if you don't have it)
1/2 can Coconut Milk
1/2 can of Pineapple Chunks or Slices
1/2 can of Mango Pulp or Mango (again skip if not available)
Sugar to your taste
Method:
Blend all the ingredients really well in the blender for around 5-6 minutes at the highest speed.
Pour in the glasses.
Now wash the blender jug and return the blender back in its place so that there would be one less work to do after you are stuffed up with iftar
Enjoy you drink!

In ki recipe mat likhna…balkay paka kar mujhey khila dena…Allah kay naam per…Allah bhla karay ga…sub ka…jo mera roza khulwai ya naaaa…sub ka bhala…Ameen!

catlover, please upper dekhain, tarqeeb mai ne likhi hai. (post 5,6) app bread patties ke liyay boiled and shreded chicken bi use kar sakahti hain.
I thought no one was interested in these recipes, as I made some other things, but didnt take pics anymore.

Well...I used to sell Korier and Kronen zeitungs(evening & morning) near Wien Bahnhof...and used to earn 15k schillings a month...got lots of tips...the one most earning single paper I sold for 2200 schillings...wow... :D
I have forgotten the street name...where I use to stand...the main street of Wien...I still can remember there used to be Kaufmann departmental store and and underground disco...:) May be that strasse led to Prater or some Mozart orchestra house...lol

I think it was Mariahilferstraße...on the one side is Bahnhof and at the other end is some opera house...right?
I even employed six people to sell the papers for me...Indians, Pakistanis and Egyptians...I was making some 30k schllings a month...I stayed in Austria for some 6 months... :)
There is some very large park in Vienna...there...for the first time...I saw some black roses... :D
Yes...now I live in Amsterdam...working in construction sector...wow... :D
PS: I liked Salzburg more than Wien...where I stayed for one month...
PS1: The man who bought the paper for 2200...was drunk...he was holding a 5 ltr rum bottle in hand...he gave me his purse...took the paper...threw it away immediately...and asked me to talk some politics...lol...

oy vey, this has nothing to do with the thread, but we were in graz for one of the stops on our honeymoon and the hub and i LOVED it! austria is so gorgeous and we totally want to move there and ride mopeds.
