I loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooove coffeee…good luck nia, i haven’t even attempted that yet but I did cut down from like 3-4 cups a day to just one a day :eek: and its kinda surprising, if you dont think about it you dont crave it. I just go for water or green tea when i get really strong urges or i will have two kisses to reward myself for staying away. I know its not the same but then u think about the long term effects and you dont want it that bad…

Nia don’t take any suppliments ..just take a cold or hot shower and drink hot milk…good enough to keep u awak:k:

danial :( i was told if i want to be healthy i have to give up coffeee

i went down from drinking 24oz coffee to a small one
and today
since morning
not even a single sip of coffee :(

i had milk and grape fruit juice instead :(
