I loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooove coffeee…good luck nia, i haven’t even attempted that yet but I did cut down from like 3-4 cups a day to just one a day and its kinda surprising, if you dont think about it you dont crave it. I just go for water or green tea when i get really strong urges or i will have two kisses to reward myself for staying away. I know its not the same but then u think about the long term effects and you dont want it that bad…

Not if you eat enough oily desi khaana. Not only will you get to eat yummy yummy food, but the blockage in your arteries will kill you before the painful cancer gets too bad

Basically I was reffering to Reflux disease, which with soo much ignorance and not much care can lead to esophagus cancer and secondly I was trying to scare Nia off

I have come from 3-4 cups a day to one for him. He wouldn't be evil enough to tell me to quit that one cup too.
