That’s a different issue. I stand corrected that Army has a very strict internal anti corruption system to ensure their military budget is not eaten by corrupt officials.

In that case, shouldn’t the budget be made more transparent?

Pakistan is ranked one of the lowest in the world in terms of military budget transparency.
