but at what point does one need to ignore the bad co workers? I've yet to be a place where I wake up to a field of flowers and go skipping to work; there is always that one person or that one thing that you have to do that you hate.
I agree it stunts your career growth on the same hand though you can't keep job hopping, so what is the happy medium?
You can ignore the coworkers if their actions are annoying but not jeopardizing you in any way.
IF a coworker's actions are jeopardizing your career, reputation in the workplace, and performance evaluation.....that's where you draw the line. Because this can't be ignored and is beyond the happy medium.
