Before anyone “shouts” at me for asking the same questions that have been asked on this forum before… i’m sorry… but I have read other threads and still have NO IDEA!!
Ok, here are my questions…
Where to get married?? THe wedding will be in Lahore… but i’m not sure where the best place is… It was going to be PC hotel but have read some negative reviews about that place… any other recommendations?? I heard Royal Palm is pretty good… are there any other 5* venues?
Beauty parlour… which one??? Madeehas, Allo Nora, Mightys, New Look??? Who should I go with??? I want traditional make up for the first day and a modern look for the valima… I want HEAVY eye make up on both days… LOVE my eye makeup!! I will probably do the mehndi make up myself…
Photographer and Videographer… Has anyone had any experience with 360 Degrees??? Are they good?? I know Shahnawaz is good… but I want more simple photos rather than over the top posing ones with dodgy backgrounds!!
I don’t want to be having a photoshoot before my wedding as I don’t want my fiance to see me beforehand… I can still do some private photos with him at the reception, can’t I??
DJs… Please telll me it is easy to find a decent DJ in Lahore… can anyone recommend me anyone and give me their details… would very much appreciate this…
FAKE HAIR… I have shoulder length hair… but it is VERY thin… do beauty parlours (namely the ones I have mentioned above) provide fake hair or is it easily available from them to buy… I’m gonna be needing a lot of fake extensions etc to get the big fat bun I want on my head!! hahaha
Mehndi plates - are they available to buy ready made???
Also, the white flowers to put in your hair on the mehndi… where do I get these from??? (yes, I know I am sooo clueless… I have NO idea)
Jewellery - for my main wedding day, I want a big fat set… just one but a VERY big one (yep, I know I am very into everything being BIG) Where are the best places to shop???
Lengha - best places to shop??? I don’t think I am going to go with a designer as i’m assuming it will take too long… will only have a month to get this… soo where should I go girls???

Just drop-by Liberty and u'll find plenty of shops for readymade lehnga's.. anarkali for semi-formals.. Saadia Mirza, Nickie & Nina, Karma Pink, Fahayd Huseyn, Ahsan Nazir, Taufiq Husain, HSY.
U can find flowers-wala's at the end of Liberty that can provide u with all u're flower arrangements..
For everything else, go to anarkali, or take me with u!

Parlours these days do carry clip-on extensions, but it's best to check with them beforehand.
J&S events or Rukhsati (freiha altaf's wedding planning co) as well as Zareen Khalid and QYT events all have DJ's.. u shud co-ordinate with them.. even people who do tents can suggest a few less expensive ones.

omg Royal plams is perfect only problem is u have to be a member or knw some one who is a member to be able to have party there…i contacted them and will try to work something out with em. here are the pics
WOW!!! Royal Palm looks really good too.... I like the fact that with Sapphire Hall, they can arrange DJ's etc for you too and do video coverage too.... I would still have a separate photographer and videographer but atleast the choice is there!!!!
