Long time ago I said this PML(N) CJ is most corrupt morally and physically. When his son was caught red handed in accepting the millions in bribe and mostly in his presence, he should have resigned then. Pakistan ko haram khoron ne itna barbaad nahin kya jitna beghairaton ne apna din iman baich kar kya. Low class ghatya PCO ki paidawar judge se kya expect kar saktay hain. IK ne aisa kya keh dya jo is ko itni aag lag gaai hay. It is really a shame that judge of highest court in Pakistan is so cheap. Instead of really making a suo moto case against rigging, he just showed his low class biased mentality.

From day 1 this Chief Justice was too politicised (pro-PML-N) and therefore unfit to discharge his duties neutrally imo.

And I said this before the general elections that anyone (incl. IK) who thinks that the present CJ and judiciary are unbiased and independent are living in la la land. The present CJ is anything but impartial

Sharif brothers k various ghaplon incl. Hudaiybia paper mills etc. ki baat ho tau complete silence. unka fraud iss kambakht CJ ko nazar nahin aata?

Not a single terrorist has been hanged in the last 5 years. How interesting! He let many terrorists incl. Lal Masjid criminals off scot free. The recent ugly episode in DI Khan whereby 240 terrorists were freed by Taliban. Has the CJ taken (or will he ever take) any action? That is why, terrorists should be hanged within a month or so of being convicted instead of being imprisoned.

Did he take action against the goons of Ephedrine Abbasi who killed a PTI worker?

And what about Mumtaz Qadri? Why has the case dragged on so long? This proves that our conservative (mullah mentality) heavily politicised judges are hesitant and reluctant to take action against anyone who uses the name of Islam (even if his actions are contrary to the teachings of Islam)

As for this new development above, let's see what happens on Friday

Problem is same with notanki league and its supporters. Dhandli ki jeet kay nashay nay khudi KO bohat zyada buland kar diya hai.
Miansaab ki haar Hakumat ke film kay end paay eik saw a sair zarror ata hai. Aab yeh hamari kismat kay Kaab ataa hai.

I remember a few years ago when dengue was in full swing. One of Shahbaz sharifs anti dengue team visited a place. Men jumped out of their cars, sprayed for less than a minute. Camera men recorded that and they were on their way. :slight_smile:

As far as supporting the Chief Justice in the past is concerned. Disregarding his previous role of taking oath on PCO and validating musharrafs rule. He took some bold decisions like deciding the case of rekodiq, and then providing justice to a few ordinary people. By 2007 people were fed up of Musharraf, and when the Chief Justice was remove they rallied behind him. The opposition just followed the pulse of people. During people's party's tenure the courts did act against some corruption cases, I am sure no one would have any problem with that. People did expect them to discharge their duties fairly though. Shahbaz sharif completed his tenure on a stay order, nothing was done in asghar khan case, hudaibia paper mills and now on billions of rupees worth malik Riaz scam, bloated prices of Nandi pur power project etc. leave all these people have genuine concerns of how the elections were held, no action on that. But if some on says that they feel judiciary was a part of this conspiracy there would be prompt action. Blasphemy against CJPMLN.

I'll admit that I had a lot of expectations from the Chief Justice on missing persons case but he is dragging his feet there, releasing terrorists, no tangible action against corruption. If there are corruption cases against PTI, the courts should make them an example, they should point out the incompetencies of the provincial government of kpk regarding the current jail break etc. sadly they'd take no action in these cases, more important is blasphemy against the CJP.
