Ironically, this chief justice is chief justice mainly because of people like Imran Khan and Aitezaz Hussain. Shame on him to ignore bigger issues and run after personal remarks.
He is a narcissistic egomaniac who wants to hear his name mentioned in the news everyday.
BTW, for 5 years he has been letting out terrorists, interfering in executive affairs, and brought government to a standstill, and people like IK were defending him TV. Now let IK/PTI taste their own medicine...hope he does not disqualifying from the NA. :D

If I was a member of Imran's PR team, I'd be well pleased with this notice just Martin Luther King's camp shouted victory everytime he managed to get arrested. lol
Any publicity is a good publicity. Finally some much needed mainstream development to highlight the destructive effects of having a shamelessly political Chief Justice.
Mind you, I know Imran campaigned hard for his restoration but I always maintained the opinion that even if Musharaf reverses his decision, CJ should've been pressured to resign from the post since he became way too controversial and politicized to be a judge, let alone hold on to the position of Chief Justice.

It wasn't long ago , when Imran was praising all high for CJ and Alaa--adiliya , Ab Kia hova? It is really strange to see people who used to write in favour of him , now criticising him - had this notice been issued to a PPP or MQM fella , people here would be making CJ hero again ...
PTI Wallas who had speak ill of A .ehsan are now cheering him as he has offered his legal aid for Imran ...

Btw, Its another useless event taking place in pakistan. but CJ had to make his presence felt amongst plethora of problems for Pakistan.
Sadly, I dont expect IK to bow down. He either will clarify but CJP will still indict him and taint his political career. Its a test for PTI leadership. Hope maturity is shown. Pakistan cannot afford IK to be ruled out as ineligible for any public office.

There is a difference. PTI supportsrs are over zealous yes. But that does not mean CJP is angel. He lost respect in many people's eyes with Arsalan Iftikhar case.
People all over the world voice their displeasure over court decisions in stronger terms. but not in pakistan.
I fear the worst in this stupid situation created by SC.

If CJ has an ounce of common sense, to protect his own pathetic self he'd would never actually lock horn with likes of Imran and Aitzaz. One has an immense public support and the other has the weight of entire civil society and a major political party behind him. The silly ol' judge is at the risk turning a controversy into a phenomena.
If I can find some of my old posts, I would be able to prove that I was never cj’s fan. I always thought that he has an agenda to keep interrupting govt’s day to day operation and keep showing that who is the boss.

And I had opened a thread about selective justice of SC tacking all cases against PPP. I always believed he was biased. And he is proving it with each passing day.

When Faisal Raza Abidi was crying foul about CJ then everyone was ridiculing Faisal himself. CJ was a saint. Imran was silent.
When Musharraf tried to stop CJ due to his clear bias towards Nawaz then everyone was calling it an attack on free judiciary. And that included Imran.
When PPP was complaining of double standards by CJ for only pursuing cases against PPP leaders and overlooking PMLN, then everyone was hell bent on supporting the FREE judiciary. Imran among them.
But now that this CJ has made some decisions which are now hurting Imran himself, he has suddenly realized that CJ has double standards. This just shows Imran's own double standards.
