It is good that this case is over. but those who think that IK stood like a rock are wrong. IK was already on back foot and this decision was impending.

Somewhere I have already said that after reading this back tracking . CJ has screwed Khan with his contempt. jab face nahin karsaktay, to bakwaas nahin karni chahiay, stupid khan should accept this fact sooner the better for him.

Good thing the Sharif brothers never have to worry about anything related to courts, even if they attack them physically. After all, woh to judge hi kar letey hain.

Pretty silly of the CJ to be going after silly contempt cases, while hardcore cases like Asghar Khan case, Hudaibiya case, Ittefaq foundry, NRO etc are languishing in a no-man’s land of stay orders.

Good that the attorney general used common sense, knowing well that there was nothing other than a bland word that was running this so called case.

I agree. If any case of contempt against politician is established, it is only Faisal Raza Abidi of PPP who on many occasions has said many degrading and ugly things against this CJ. But this corrupt CJ in his last five years mostly followed the shadows with controversial decisions. I wonder how in the hell this low class CJ is quiet on the out bursts of Abidi? Looks like he is telling the truth. Isn’t it?

while IK says is followed by several hundred millions in this country. it makes a big difference, you see?

Umm Didn't IK always refer that 'sharamnak' word was for RO's? He did not show remorse on using that word and did not apologize. Yes he did explain his view but as a defendant, he had to.

Glad that common sense prevailed.

That is not what I said. Read my post with outbursts of Abidi again. CJ should have called him and asked for proofs of allegations what he had said in the public. This CJ should have been impeached and dismissed on these charges. There is absolutely no moral grounds that this CJ should be in his office.

And IK has back tracked his remarks to support this cheap and immoral judge of the highest court in Pakistan. Shame on him for his cowardliness.

to be honest, no he didn't, he took this stance after contempt of court notice was served. he may have thought that its understood by everyone who he's talking about, but it wasn't as clear as he though it seems

Do you think it is a good sign? A politician who claimed to bring tsunami after elections, is that what he meant by tsunami to support corrupt, immoral and biased judicial system just to save him to go to jail?

No. Listen to first two minutes of his speech against election commission and judiciary, particularly he mentioned CJ in the beginning of press conference. He back tracked to his remarks, lied to court and public in general, just to save himself to go to jail. His apologetic behavior in court was really “Sharamnak”

He mentioned how he participated in restoration movement of CJ. So he included SC in adlia too.
