Re: 5 hours…4 days…never to be forgotten…

One way of describing Pakistan I suppose?

BTW, did Ch. Iftekhar attend an English medium school? If he did, Pakistani education sucks. :grumpy:

Re: 5 hours...4 days...never to be forgotten....

Thats a lame excuse, if he felt thatit as wrong he could have said no.
he did not

well, lets see what was the action, why teh complaint was launched and what was ifti supposed to do.

same here, what was the complaint, did ifti not do stuff he was supposed to do?

shows some ego here :)

Re: 5 hours…4 days…never to be forgotten…

considering that english is the official langauge in pakistan, I continue to be amused at the poor english of our top bureacrats, judges, politicians and even the president.

I mean guys..either change the official language, or if you are going to keep it, atleast get well versed in it.

Re: 5 hours...4 days...never to be forgotten....

Re: 5 hours...4 days...never to be forgotten....

Third class....although PM is PhD....of Econmics...

Re: 5 hours…4 days…never to be forgotten…

Justice Iftikhar’s English language skills r about on the same level as most of other judges on the current SC bench and I’ve heard about 13 out of 17 of them. Except maybe Khalil Ur Rehman Ramday. Even he is no Shakespeare. Plus I would rather have a bad-english CJP over smooth talking Justice Munir anyday.

Re: 5 hours...4 days...never to be forgotten....

^
Can you entertain us with some video clips :Salute:?

Re: 5 hours...4 days...never to be forgotten....

Mere parts of statements cannot define intentions of actions. Complete comprehension can be had only when this part posted by thread author is read in context.

e.g:
Remember the Musharaf bashing by a Madrassa student on Aag TV? If someone skips Musharaf's reply it only seems that the student beat the wit out of the president.

Re: 5 hours...4 days...never to be forgotten....

^ true dat

Re: 5 hours...4 days...never to be forgotten....

so one wrong is justified by other wrongs?
and that is the stance of the top law dude in the country? and that is the stance that public would hold him accountable for.

I guess it speaks volumes :)

Re: 5 hours...4 days...never to be forgotten....

Mashallah. Najar na lagao :)

Re: 5 hours...4 days...never to be forgotten....

so, I know why your thread in Feedback now :)

Re: 5 hours...4 days...never to be forgotten....

^ LOL :)

Re: 5 hours...4 days...never to be forgotten....

He sure did beat the wit out Mush...so as to have Mush resort to his trade mark generalisimo intimidation...

Re: 5 hours...4 days...never to be forgotten....

Can we have three resignations? Lets assume CJP committed a wrong by accepting the Mercedes, does that not implicate PM just as much? What about The Emperor? What's his role in all of this? To send references against those who threaten his perpetuities or to keep the executive in check? I am all for accountability but if, after what happened to the CJP, u r still singing praises of the Emperor, which would surprise not me, then I suppose there is no use arguing. Might as well butt heads with Wasi Zafar. He's fired a few more gems on TV today. U might hear in a few days.
