and awam will only learn when they will be educated about it, not only on TV but in schools, and dont forget that majority of our awam does not go to school, and to make them go, is a job of the govt (not only this govt, i mean all of them), so it ends up again with the govt.
even the most “educated” ones of us, we the people of Karachi, are the biggest thieves of electricity
