I think this problem of kunda is a national problem, not just this city’s. KESC needs to upgrade the distribution network, and this is independent of kunda problem.

This is definitely part of the crisis. People steal electricity, water and so on. Who is going to bear such losses? These losses are in billions if not trillions.
