Below is the correct Hanafi ruling regarding circumcision for adult converts, what u posted was simply ur interpretation of it and if what u wrote was true surely there would be an explicit ruling say it is haram for an adult man to be circumcised unless he or his wife do it, not the blanket Hanafi ruling that it’s sunnah:

I did not make that ruling, I heard it from a scholar. No where in your post it says that how a male adult should have his circumcision done. That is exactly what the ruling I quote talks about.
