At SAARC summit in Colombo, Afghanistan President, Hamid Karzai has said that the bombings in Kabul, Bangalore and Ahmedabad, Gujarat , Jaipur were the events of the same string. Is Karzai blaming ISI and Pakistan for all bombings?

It is called Indian sub-continent, Indian Ocean, Hindustan, Bharath etc for a reason. Even Pakistani and Bangladeshi restaurants are** called Indian restaurants**!

Not sure SK how you differentiate between Pakistan rangers (border security), Pak army, ISI etc. All of them like in other countries have a component of military officers and some sprinkling of civilians.

Those working for ISI or RAW are not 10 feet tall alien beings hell bent on destroying their enemy. Most of the ISI or RAW workers are desk job holders, baboo types who maintain large registers in their area of expertise.
Both ISI or RAW follow strict orders from their governments. For their activities outside the country, both ISI and RAW follow plan setup by their military command.
So blame them for their bad behavior to a limit, and not let it turn into a personal vendetta or obsession. You should be a bit above the lefti baja called New York Times.
Actually it is well documented that ISI does not follow government orders
I don't know what you mean by "not following government orders". They have to follow orders from their superiors. These orders typically come from Top Generals and bureaucrats that pretty much form the "government". If on the other hand you mean politicians as "government" then you are are mistaken. Politicians can't govern their own party and you are expecting them to govern something as serious as country's intelligence?

Good ,but the fact tha RAW reports to P.M and I.S.I does not.
Just take this case as exampe. Let one Pakistani carry Pakistani flag and walk across POK.He can walk up to LOC unharmed and once he crosses LOC ,his survival is under question mark.The same applies to an Indian.He can carry an Indian flag and walk across Kashmir and upto LOC and the moment he crosses LOC his existence is under question.
That means the Kashmir areas,which has got Srinagar ,as capital,which are in India upto LOC ,is India's.
and the areas from LOC ,which is known as POK is also India's and Pakistan has illegally occupied it and we neeed it back. :)
