My nature of job involves a lot of interaction with people outside the company and my day is spent mostly dealing with people across the continent.
So with Christmas and new year around the corner, all the business partners are now visiting with GIFTS - I do get a lot of POKES and REMARKS from colleagues who get phisshed off as I get all the goodies. So I have started sharing stuff - Some of the stuff is quite pricey.
This keeps the atmosphere friendly at work
Today, a guy came in with a bootiful package
“For you, sir”

Ahh just something to drink - over the holidays

just Champagne
and I am like …
“Dude - I dont drink”
“You Dont” “Why?”
I explained to him -
They know already, but just like to fool around, ar$ewholes
Then hez like “Okayyyyy - I 'll just leave them here - but get you something else too - tomorrow” . Yup - for sure, as I have the power and authority to RUIN him
Now I am wondering what to do with those 2 bottles of Champagne, sitting in my office - Maybe give it to the Boss…
Is giving Sharab as present to the boss halal ?? :halo:

i got a bottle of wine at a christmas party 3 yrs ago, and i just brought it home to show it to mom and piss her off (in a kidding way) n e ways she gave me a lecture about how “humney kitnee baree ghaltee kar dee tujhay canada laakey” and so on n e ways she kept it and apparently thru it, so n e ways i am getting the whole house renovated so emptied the closet the other day and to my surprise i see the same bottle packed and untouched sitting still in dat gift bag, now i wonder wat i should do wid dat
I cant imagine cockroaches/ bugs etc living down my sink! how can they with all that water and detergent flowing down it all the time… waise bhi, Iv’e never seen any roaches come out of my sink
