Personally, Pakistani chocolate rates at the bottom of my list. All I could taste was motor oil and dead mosquitoes...and it sticks to your palette like a wad of gum on a shoe!
I am partial to my British chocolate like Galaxy but nobody has mentioned Milky Bar and Milky way or the ultimate chocolate..CADBURYS FLAKE! (Remember the song..."OOOOnly the crum----blist..flak---iest chocolate....taste like chocolate never tasted before!")
The closest I have come to half way decent chocolate in America is Dove (no, not the bar of soap..though soap is very comparable to Hershey chocolate) and even Doves dark chocolate tastes nice.
Milky way is nice. I was thinking of that. Mars is lovely as well. I was also thinking of Flake...and it's yummy but messy...hence the name, Flake. LOL.

I like European chocolate more myself. The Hershey bars are no good but teh kisses are good. Cadbury Fruit and Nut is my absolute favourite!! Ferro Roche', Flake, Aero and yes Milky Way and Mars. Though I do like the europena versions more the American Twix and Kit Kat is better compare dto teh Hersehy's.
