Oh man I loved Swiss and Belgian chocolate till my recent trip to Barcelona. Now I must say Spanish chocolate is amazing and by far my favorite. At the chocolate cafe I went to, the chocolate was a cuisine all on it’s own. The name of the place is Cacao Sampaka. Each bite was like a bite into heaven. They have different types of chocolates, those made with herbs and flowers, fruits, liquers, nuts, etc. They all have fresh ingredients in it, the chocolates made with herbs and flowers actually were made of real flowers and tasted and smelled like it too. I had one chocolate made with violet that had shredded violets on top! I bought two boxes as gifts and just wanna eat them.

Suspicious now, I had some chocs made with herbs and flowers etc at a posh hotel once, they were quite disgusting…
