I would doubt the poll result on a military forum of 'non-democratic' country. People of china does not have basic rights how can you expect these sites are showing right views?
In a way india-pakistan are lucky to have democratic governments... at least we can call names to our politicians...

sidhantkumar , people of China get more clean drinking water, better sewrage and educational infrastructure, overall markedly better living standards than most residents of your own country India. So don't rant about "basic rights."

Chinese support Pakistan only because they want to use them as pawns in the rivalry with India. Now that US and India are cooperating more, and that too without sacrificing too much of Russia India relations, Pakistan can expect and enjoy even more friendliness from China.
And as long as it remains a platonic friendliness (ie no strategic arms etc) then it is a good thing for the poor people

We are not bothered if our neighbours like us or not. We are more bothered about making friends with the right countries.
Before you begin to gloat about your close friendship with China, think about the kind of friends Pakistan had. US was supposed to be your best friend. Now they are bombing you left right and center and you guys cant even protest.

Matured countries - they try and use friend and foe to the interest of their own people. India works with Russia, USA, China ...whoever. There are several dozen Indian companies that have opened Chinese operations and hire Chinese....as they do in USA ...it is all about business

If you are talking about my mention of mature countries, I am talking about the fact that it takes some time once a country is formed to mature into reasonable levels of institutions which is necessary for consistency in foreign (and domestic) policy. I know you don't like comparisons when it reflects poorly on your side but if you look at the list provided in open, it includes India as well, so comparison has already been made
I am just pointing out that a communist country such as China 'liking' Pakistan should not mislead people into thinking too much about it.
