Why is that Indians get an itch they can't scratch whenever someone mentions Pakistan and China's good relations. Its like inherently they can't see anything good for Pakistan. And these are the people that want peace?

Both India and China gain from the multi billion $$ trade between the 2 countries and I like that. I am writing this just because I have some serious doubts about what you are saying.
China has given lot of money to N Korea, and N Korea is a Chinese pawn. They have always used it to scare the world with Nuclear/missile tests. The N Korean nuclear program is run by Chinese money and China always knew about it. Ultimately, China has the master button.
