Chinese know how to do business with corrupt governments. They aren’t fools. Financial structure of projects is likely to be in such a format so as to shield the chinese from major damage. Offcourse, the haraam khori and theka commission will have to be paid out of pakistani tax payers pocket.

btw, the power projects really seem like stretch - roads etc sound more doable.

agreed. by the way, that forces me to think about Americans…they arent stupid either. why did they keep on giving money to our govts and administration directly for so long
