Pakistan was not asking for aid of $ 1.5 to $ 3 billion from China ......... all it wanted was China to deposit this "foreign exchange" in its bank so that it could meet its financial obligation and would not have to go to IMF for cripling loans. What happened ????? An ally indeed !!!!!
