On Sunday, Chinese warships visited Burma for the first time. This stoked Indian fears of encirclement, a fire already lit by Beijing’s port construction in Pakistan and Sri Lanka and its indefinite antipiracy presence in the Gulf of Aden.
There has been systematic penetration of Indian government computers from locations in China.

correct. The current India is no where near a competition for the china. What they are afraid of is BJP rule in India. Last time it was ruling India with a coalition .. kind of ruling with hands tied. If it becomes a ruling party with absolute majority, they might do upstage many calculations of Chinese, Pakistan and US.

Not really. China just wants resources for its growing economy, and they're trying to get it from wherever they can. They don't want rule the world. In fact, China has no desire to get into foreign political conflicts, unlike the US.

That is correct. The only major objective that seems to be driving China's economic prosperity is that of achieving economic prosperity for its people. It is perfectly capable of encircling and squeezing India and the military might of the latter is no match to that of China. Yet it has avoided unnecessary confrontation and trade between the two rivals is burgeoning.

India by far comes nowhere near China at least for now. Clearly and understandably in recent years China’s economic engagements with Africa including foreign aid seem Chinese vistas of the future and an unambiguous break step not only to substantiate its economy nevertheless to supersede deteriorating American might by having a solid grip on Asia and Africa for now. It is a perceived fact that China targets aid to African states with copious natural resources and depraved governments, to keep their economy robust the Chinese do not hire Africans to work on their projects and China outbids other companies by some times disdaining international standards. It is natural for China to be cautious when it has been evident that America has been preparing India as American hedge against China for several years now.
The bottom line here is that it is all struggle of control in two different ways the American way of wars vs. Chinese way of pecuniary tributes, aids and regional developments…
