It was amazing...the bread was soft and airy and so tasty. I have not tried freezing it yet.

yes it is very soft. You can freeze it by wrapping it in aluminium foil.Instructions given by fauzia to warm it up work perfetly fine.

The bread itself is good (soft, airy etc) - but I should have gone with my own chicken filling recipe. Idk why I used the one given, it was terrible. =/

Instant active yeast. You can get it any grocery store in the baking aisle. It comes in a little packets.

I liked the chicken filling by fauzia. It needed a bit more seasoning, but I adjusted that to taste.

i'll be posting more questions regarding it, until i make it :)
fauzia said u can even make 3 chicken breads out of it, does that mean it'll come out as really teeny tiny baby size or nice size? cz if someone tried it, im gonna do 3 chicken breads and if possible freeze 2.

Filling could be a little bland. But I liked it. U could perhaps a little extra masalas

i have tried freezing it - for dinner i just thawed it for couple of hours and heated in over for i guess around 10 mins or so - it was good.

i have also tried fauzia's recipe - always a hit! i normally tweek the filling a bit - have tried with chicken cooked with tandoori masala with boiled kidney beans , keema with chick peas and peppers etc!
