just read through all her posts and figure out what you need/how to do it and buy the appropriate stuff and follow the instructions.

^ 2nd everything above. Plus that Dr. Brandt product is a waste in my opinion. They have no % listed for their peels....their directions lead me to believe the % of the acid in the product is really low for a true peel.....AND the ingredient list has too much crap listed for a peel..lol.
I buy mine from MUAC (Makeup Artists's Choice)....and they do international delivery.

lemme try to help u with 30% Glycolic peel … since im using it too
directions tou sari booklets main hain.. u can watch utube videos too.
Step 1 -prep ph neutralizere se karna… vigorously so that sebum khatam hou aur chemical achay se penetrate karay. is ke ilawa main eskinol bhi use karti houn.
Step 2-first time use kartay howa patch test karna nai bhoolna. main ne jawline per apply kiya tha. let it stay there for a minute ( Idk I guess instructions said 30 secs.. depends tum se tolerate hota hai ke nai)
Step 3- 1 minute ke baad , wash the area with cold water aur baking soda apply karna to neutralize the acid.
Step 4- ab moisturize and apply some sunblock ( I use spf 70 )
U have to wait n see ( at least 24 hrs) how ur skin reacts to it. if everything looks okay, u can go ahead and do the full face. Do not forget to use sunblock religiously, even at home.
