Um ok first of all when Pakistani merchants list "swaroski crystals" they mean crystals they've made themselves or whatever, real Swaroski crystals are made in germany and in small demand, the amount of crystals on that shirt would cost upwards of several thousands dollars, were they imported from Germany for this kurti. Secondly, sure people will charge what people are willing to pay. Personally, I'd get a nice tunic top from Nordstrosm for around $70 to $100 or a shift dress that can serve as a "kurti" $170 is just high. When I go to Pk I've paid around 10,000 for off the rack outfits various collections at the Point Mall etc. I think prices will only be driven down by competition, and like I've mentioned before, since all the products are made in sweatshops its up to the consumer to make the merchants work for the money.
