Re: Charisma of Imran Khan
Wrong. He was FM in Ayub’s regime because at that time there was no concept of democracy.
Correct your biased hisotry.
Don’t mix apples with oranges. If IK believes in democracy and people why he has to sit in the lap of army generals?
Re: Charisma of Imran Khan
^^ sure what PPP.org tells us about ZAB is the ultimate truth...

I have no concern with the news but great pose .

Yes it is. I saw this on news. IK sure has a charming personality which other politicians like Zardari and Nawaz Sharif etc lack.

I think you were not even born during that time. Why you even argue on lies? Read my whole post and watch the video clip. Irrelavent and partial answers are more like lies rather than truth.

And I take you were born and grown up in 60s and were actively following what Bhutto was doing and saying to Ayub, right?
Bhutto used to call Ayub Khan "dady", this is a historical fact which not even you can deny, because there is undeniable evidence of that available freely on the net.
Even those colleagues who were active with him admit that.

And he used that very much during his UK life .
Re: Charisma of Imran Khan
Peace Bro
Resolution of Pakistan was passed 7 years before the Independence when no one knew about the future strategy of British Govt. A separate state was demanded through the resolution pointing specific areas. People also need specification today and when problems are known, why not we ask the 'how' question from a person who has slogans of 'Inqilaab' and 'change'. I don't care whether Imran is a leader or politician, but I just don't want to accept a person as only dreamer without having a proper policy to tackle the problems, because we already have lot of 'Sabz baagh dikhane wale'.
Having said the above, I don't doubt IK's intentions.
One does not need rocket science to know what needs to happen in Pakistan. Corruption and mismanagement at every level is our biggest problem. Everything-else will fall in place once we eradicate or atleast minimise corruption at the top
Let me just give you a few examples (based on commonsense :))
Lastly party jalsas are not the right place or forum for spelling out detailed plans. I would even say that while in opposition (and IK is not even a member of parliament) one should not get involved in committing to knitty gritty of your policies. In opposition, a party only has to critique the policies of the incumbent government. It is when a party wins an election, you have to explain and implement your plans in detail. This is how politics works in the West and elsewhere.
PML(s) and PPP (apart from vague and empty slogans like 'roti kapra aur makan') don’t have any manifesto, if they have then it is rendered meaningless by their actions in government!!
PTI should campaign on corruption, injustice and inequality in politics and society.... and IK and others certainly did that in their Karachi jalsa

So what??? The temporary friendly relations came to an end very soon he became staunch oponent of Ayub Khan even he was president. Again there was no concept of democracy and there was no choice. Now there is a choice whether you want votes from people to become head of state or come sitting in the lap of generals like IK is doing now. There is a marked difference.

Pasha Chacha, Ab mujhay samaj aai kay aap IK say itnay jealous kiu haiN, ![]()

Wah wah, if Bhutto has "temporary" relationship with General (or even Field Marshall) Ayub Khan going to extent calling him "Daddy", thats ok.
But of course if others have good relations with generals , it is a non-pardonable sin!
Great logic!

How many other leaders have the Generals killed?
Re: Charisma of Imran Khan
Allah nay Veena Malik ko bhi Imran ki tarah achhi shakal di hay
Donon nay nay kia khoob istamaal kia
Khuda ka shukr keh us nay hamain jaisa banaya
Chhoro ,janay bhi do
Waisay he halat kharab hain

You mean world wide or in Pakistan?
BTW "Daddy" did not kill him.
Re: Charisma of Imran Khan

In Pakistan of course
Re: Charisma of Imran Khan

Hmm, there are reports of many killings which are blamed on generals, politicians, Waderas, Jageerdars and even on Bhutto. Ahmed Raza Qasoori says his father was killed on direct orders of Bhutto.
Akbar Bhugti was killed by a general, but he himself in one interview claimed to have killed a person at the age of 12 or 14.
Seems like Is Hamam maiN sab hi nangay haiN...Ab Allah hi behtar jaaney kis maiN kitna sach hay.
