I saw this particular product in the market the other day. Apparently, you make a gola of aatta and put in between the two flaps that shuts dow like a sandwich maker. Looks pretty convenient and I almost bought but then I thought, how the heck I’m gonna make the aatta first? Aatta to phhir bhi goondana paray ga. Ya to phhir yay ho ka machine aatta bhi goonday.
Anyone has seen something like this in some Jackson Height store before? How do the roti come off? Is it pretty good?
I don't have the first hand experience with roti maker..but i have few relatives that have been using the dough and roti maker for a long time..and according to them it works fine. One of my aunty who was told by doctor not to make dough coz of some hand problem..make dough in a chopper...and some other person that i know..doesn't use her hands but fork to mix and make atta dough.
actually, there is an atta goondney wali machine. so you can get both.

Roman this is a primative invention…you amreekan walas are so behind 
I have one and it works just fine…the aatta shouldn’t be tooo sticky and you should wait till the maker is nice and hot if you want it to come off nicely.

yeah Funguy is right, however I think they taste better then tortilla.
