I have noticed thats the advice most people give to someone whoes depressed about something and do other activities to take your mind off of things but how exactly do you do that? Lets say someones worried about their grades, how can they take their minds off of that and go swimming?
Has anyone here gone through a “blah” stage of life and have been able to turn it into something positive?
its easy to give advice thats why every1 is good at blah blah. however they do not know how lazy/desperate the other side is and how exactly r they going to act on that advice.its one thing to say but a depressed soul prolly won't do wht u want them to do in desperate situations.

Loser, fat loser, what difference does it make. You should get fat then wear real tight clothes. At least ud get the satisfaction of scaring and scarring others
yup.. got into a new college, new course, left work found another line, studied and worked HARDER than ever, joined gym, started working out, was a stress eater, changed the working habits, lost 40 pounds, started running
work wise became a LOT organized, disciplined, productive and started leading people, life wise started looking around, started paying attention to the people i never cared for, that were RIGHT there that could’ve benefited just by even listening to them ..
