During 2004-2006, too many Pak-India “dost dost” series almost killed the excitement. But after a long time, people are looking forward to this matchup. It’s going to be as exciting as it used to be in pre-2003 era.

Mine would be different. I would still play Misbah and not Fawad.
Asif returning after one year with no match fitness on a batting pitch against one of the best batting sides. No way!! Ajmal is still the better option and may prove to be the trump card for Pakistan on Saturday
After watching Pakistan's performance against the West Indies chances are quite low. India just destroyed Sri lanka in the Compaq Cup final, plus Tendulkar looks to be in the sublime form.
Pakistani bowlers will have to do their best in this batting wicket and our batsmen needs to hold on to their wickets, but some good inngs from Nazir, Afridi and Umer Akmal can help Pakistan win this game.
India have surely been weakened by the absence of Sehwag and Yuvraj....no Q about that. Pakistan on the otherhand are almost (say almost because Razzaq and perhaps Akhtar should have been in the team and Asif is not match fit) at full strength and have no excuses
Pakistan does not have such a great record against India in ICC tournaments be it World Cups (50-overs or T20) or CT. Our sole win was in 2004 in CT in England.
Also remember Centurion is where Tendulkar spanked Wasim, Waqar and Akhtar in 2003 WC.
Let's just hope it is a close match befitting of our great rivalry

You mean the 'winning innings' he played when it mattered on a big occassion?
