Re: Champions Trophy 1st Semi Final: Australia vs. England, Friday October 2nd, 2009
England 257 (47.4 ov)
Australia 88/1 (17.0 ov)
Australia require another 170 runs with 9 wickets and 33.0 overs remaining
Shane Watson (rhb) 35
Ricky Ponting (rhb) 43
Well with my extra urdu background.. I would disagree, the phrase, they way it is worded has to be a mahawara imported into urdu “rozmarra” - just don’t which language though…
Swann to Watson, SIX, didn't get hold of it, not as much as he wanted to, tossed up on middle and he slog-swept it over long-on, the fielder was right at the edge there at the ropes, Luke Wright, and he got his hands to it as he tried to cup that over his head but ended up palming it over the ropes

22.2 **Swann to Watson, 1 run, Watson reaches his half-century** with that drive to long-off, had a poor start to the series and he'll be relieved to reach that landmark
Re: Champions Trophy 1st Semi Final: Australia vs. England, Friday October 2nd, 2009
28.1
Onions to Ponting , FOUR, and Ponting gets to 12,000 ODI runs in style! Onions drops it short of a length and Ponting swivels, nearly loses his balance and pulls to deep square leg
Onions to replace Anderson
End of over 28 (8 runs) Australia 140/1 (118 runs required from 22 overs, RR: 5.00, RRR: 5.36)
SR Watson 63* (85b 4x4 2x6) GP Swann 4-0-25-0
RT Ponting 67* (79b 8x4) JM Anderson 6-0-30-0
27.6
Swann to Watson, SIX, Watson favours the on side too and this time he gets a lot of elevation, gets down for the slog sweep and sends the ball over deep midwicket, disturbs the peace at the grass embankment

God at this stage it looks like Aussies are going to the Final. Now I think it would have been good if Pakistan won the match and India came back in to the semi final kicking Aussies out :|
