and

sycophancy = Khush_aamad, chaaploosii

but chamchagiri has a connotation which doesn’t exactl;y reflect the meaning contained in the words that u gave

chamchgir = yes man

Btw, I always thought chaploos and chamcha described the same characteristic. Good to know.
