One of my friend told that truck drivers on highways demand for karak chai according to their mileage. they have some code words like 250 miles... 500 miles chai, etc
Kashmiri cha is great, with all the nuts and it's so milky.
I drink tea on rare occasions(as a guest at someones place, Sundays), because I don't want to get addicted to the caffeine. But when I do have tea, I like it with a lot of milk.

Also, did you taste the Lasa/Lamsa chocolate flavoured tea? I saw this only in Hyd...I have a lot of memories of standing outside an Irani cafe near my college and asking the 'chotu' to get us girls some chai and tiny pyaaz wale patti samose. Slurrrrrp.

I am not a chai person, but when i drink chai, it needs to be regular chai with milk and sugar added. No doodh patti, masala chai or kashmiri tea for me.
