I think that when Musharraf's son went to study in USA, President was Colonel or Brigadier and earning much less than what you are assuming. Still, I don't see that your accusation stands. Because, how can you say that Musharraf was financing his son education in USA, as many Pakistanis go to USA to study but very few parents really finance their study.
Even though most likely chance is that Bilal (Musharraf's son) worked through his education, it is also possible that if he ever needed financial support, Musharraf younger brother who is practicing medicine in USA may have helped him financially. That means, there are explanations regarding finance of Bilal getting education in USA.
As for CJ son driving BMW in Pakistan, there is no explanations to that other than source being corruption as it is impossible to earn enough money in any Pakistani government Job earlier than 10 years ago to afford BMW (as before Musharraf took over, pays in government jobs even at highest level were very low). There are also many other corruption and misuse of power charges on CJ during his period as Judge.
Since Chief Justice made sure that all allegations on him never get investigated, it shows that all allegations on CJ are true. Well, its obvious, as government would not have made reference on such allegations if it was not true, as all such allegations are easy to prove (or disprove) and government knew the health of each allegation on CJ. On the other hand, if CJ was innocent, he would not have made sure that investigation does not happen.
