Something similar happened with me when I came here (Ireland) from Pakistan. My uncle showed me the whole way from my place to college and I remembered some landmarks (pub/buildings). Next day when I was on the way, for my surprise on every corner there was a pub and almost every 4,5 building was alike. lol. Thanks GOD people are so friendly here and I finally got in time

Re: Caste/clan
haha yes, the landmarks help you get to the right “area”. But if you have to find the right house in the street, it can be a challenge.
LOL @ bhains colony. Seriously?
This reminds me of:
Re: Caste/clan
there are more.
In lahore, there is
Toka chowk (shad bagh)
Ghora colony (back of UET lahore)
joda pul (lahore canal)
lemme think some more.
Re: Caste/clan
**There are No Cast’s in Pakistan like they have in Hindu Culture where Brahmin; Khatri; Banniya; Shoodar defines ones level in society.
In Pakistan we have Tribes, Jatt; Janjua; Rajput; Chauhan(also Rajput); Rana(also Rajput); Gujjar; Arain; Shiekh; Awan; Baloch(& many sub Tribes); Pathan(& many sub tribes); Dogar; Waraich etc…so one could say Pakistan in a way is a multi Tribal society! with no Cast System!
