Whatever it gets from federal budget is still less on per capita basis than other provinces, figures speak for themselves.
It should be less on per capita basis, because Sindh generates more revenue per capita. So where is the Case of Punjab? How can Punjabis be "lesser citizens" (referring to thread topic)?
Even this argument that Punjab gets less per capita is debatable. Just take a look at criterion for NFC award, which is population alone.
