Cartoons of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)

Re: Cartoons of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)

What I don’t understand is why rvikz and anjjan can’t concentrate on the topics or arguments. They always bring unrelated issues in the discussion.

Re: Cartoons of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)

Dear Stu, how can you be sure what God would want from us? Maybe He wants nothing from us, but maybe He wants from us what the Quran and Hadis/Hadith tells us He wants. Let us wait to ask Him when we reach up there. Until then, I will air on the side of caution and follow what I think are His commands.

Many things we are not used to seem absurd to us, but the things we are used to, we don’t even give a second thought to. The existance of a living horse itself can be absurd to someone who has never seen a horse before.

Dear Lahore 981, we have to show patienence and tolerance of what they say.

Re: Cartoons of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)

I, for one, am absolutely sure that God would not create differing sets of rules that foster conditions which lead to intolerance, hatred and killing.

Re: Cartoons of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)

Its not God who wanted the difference, its the people who love to do things like making funny cartoons of religious people to incite anger and be adamant about it.

Killing is wrong by anyone by the way. At least I condemn anyone who commits wrongdoing in the name of religion or whatever the cause.

You are not gutsy to condemn the newspaper inciting people in the name of ‘freedom of expression’…my foot.
