Carter: Israeli apartheid 'worse'

Re: Carter: Israeli apartheid 'worse'

There were isolated incidents of terror, as your list proved. The narrative that the Israeli occupation was to contain terror is purely your invention, and so-called "terror" within the territories didn't even become a major part of the Israeli survival rhetoric until the Intefadah. The land grabbed from Jordan, Syria and Egypt was done after a war...had nothing to do with terror.

Israel had ample opportunity to develop the land, a-la American occupation of Iraq. In fact, such was their control over the land that they well could have done it. They had no interest, as the intent was to evict them in the first place (obviously).

There are huge refugee camps that are testament to Israeli ambitions in the region.

Frankly, Israeli is simply reaping what it sowed.
