Its up to the woman to decide. Husband should be willing to take responsibilty of the household with or without wife working. When wife works and makes money, she should have the major say in deciding how to spend it, however that would be selfish of her if hubby is struggling in fiances and she decided to spend her money in parlors or brand name clothing.

Then you would just complain that your wifey is not ‘maintaining’ herself for you… you can’t win…
