Safeena Medical - WHO Geneva. They won't let you operate on people or medical procedures like that. But these are the guys that coordinate the fight against SARS, HIV/AIDs and other medical problems. They also work on providing health services to Africa and Asia specifically in war torn situations. A medical background is always good and some field experience.
I have field experience in domestic violence, AIDS/HIV (more extensive) and lots of research experience in cancer therapeutic development. Medical background is not that extensive yet, I'm first-year in medical school. May be I should wait till 3rd or 4th year, or would they be okay with this?
Also, I'm not looking for a pay as in salary, but more like pay for travel, lodging, that's okay right?
